  • Co-Working Space by Work Hall: Need to catch up on work while waiting for your turn? The co-working space offers a productive environment with high-speed Wi-Fi, charging stations, and comfortable seating, making it an ideal spot for professionals on the go. You can book for an hour, day, week or a month with different room types. We have seen a lot of startup, entrepreneurs & students using this facility. This initiative bridges barriers between startups/ fintechs and commercial bank activities.
  • BNPL Store: Explore a dedicated Buy Now, Pay Later store within the branch. Shop for your favorite items and conveniently spread the cost over time with flexible payment options on your any banks Card.

We have not kept this service for Bank Alfalah Customers only.
  • Higher ATM Withdrawal Limits: Enjoy the convenience of higher ATM withdrawal limits, ensuring that you have access to your funds when you need them the most. You can withdraw up to 1 Million rupees through an ATM using biometric so the need of going to teller or writing cheques is catered digitally now.
  • Digital Financial Services Desk: Our dedicated digital financial services desk provides personalized assistance, helping you make the most of our digital offerings, from online banking to mobile apps and more that previously were only offered at Contact Center / helpline hence if you have walked into branch you shouldn’t be redirected to other channel for service.

BAFL launched Pakistan’s first Digital Lifestyle Branch to provide the customers a unique experience, never before presented in Pakistan, with elements completely focusing on providing customers a digital lifestyle experience i.e all the financial services needed to be met under one place, digitally, augmented by  BNPL Shopping store where customers- can buy electronics on installment plans, a co-working space in order to lower barrier to entry into banking for startups/fintechs and a restaurant such that customers get comfortable spending time at a branch and learn about banking products through proximity.

The digital branch, located at Zamzama Karachi has:

  • An open layout, with three dedicated floors for banking and lifestyle services
  • A warm and inviting environment
  • Leverage on technology to solve customer problems
  • Minimal Human presence to provide detailed financial advisory on investments, securities, lending products, and education on usage of machines and the BNPL store.

Digital Lobby
This area is at the entrance of the branch; majority of the space is devoted to this area which is accessible 24/7 for customer convenience. The area includes various machines with multiple capabilities for digital banking. The aim is to create an environment that empowers customers to bank completely digitally and paper-free.

Premo by Xanders
BAFL’s partnership with Xanders bring in walk-in customers to the branch, who while ordering and having their dining experience at the first floor, can also be facilitated on banking services. Premo offers top-notch hi-tea, breakfast and regular meal items, specially chosen from the range of menu from Xanders and Colette.

Work Hall Work Spaces
The Digital Branch boast a dedicated area, in partnership with Work Hall, in which young business professionals, entrepreneurs and Fintech Startups can meet and have a place to work and exchange ideas, as well as lower barrier to entry for them into banking services. This will be facilitating new and innovative concepts at the grass roots level, with the idea of having casual “financial assistance” from already present Branch Staff.

BNPL Store – the only official installments store by a licensed FS provider in the country
Bank show cases its products to visitors on the ground floor e.g., High End Electronics, Alfa Mall Items, etc. In addition to this, interactive touchscreens and signage are available which will feature Bank’s products and Services. This area is primarily operated by our vendor partners. Roaming Customer Sales personnel will be present to assist in closing deals and for any cross-selling or upselling needs.

Digital Locker
A Digital Locker will facilitate the Customers and provide a secure, convenient and high tech solution for having valuables and other items stored. These state of the art Digital Lockers will provide us with a way to allow self-service in lockers for customers with no or minimal Bank Staff intervention, accessible 24×7.

Consumer Financing Desk
The CFG Desk, stationed alongside the BNPL store, provides dedicated sales staff, who can help customers in availing the financing options such as personal loan, home loans, car loans and Credit cards, suited to their needs.

Branch in the Basement
For customers who require cash transactions a Teller is present facilitating in any transaction difficulties or questions the customer will have. Since, most of the branch’s transactions can be catered to the machine network present in the lobby, the branch staff can focus on sales and providing financial advisory to the esteemed client base.

Digital Facilitation Desk
A dedicated DFD is located in the basement, where customer queries in the branches can be catered to then and there through a voice recording technology and an agent present at the desk. This is to provide one stop solution to a value chain of financial services being sold to the customers the branch.

Investment and Securities Desk
Alfalah Investments and Alfalah Securities’ relationship managers are dedicated with special seats in the basement to provide instant financial advisory, instant onboarding and instant trading based on market trends future expectations and customer needs.
