Only individuals holding an individual account or credit card with the Bank may enroll in the voice  biometric authentication service.

You can enroll/register your voiceprint on Bank ALFALAH Voice Biometric system by calling on BAFL Helpline (021-111-225-111) through your registered mobile number.

BAFL voice biometric process is quick and takes around 20 to 25 seconds to record and create a voice print.

We advise our valued customers to consider the below-mentioned requirements during voice print enrollment.

Like thumb print recognition, face recognition and, retina recognition is performed, voice biometrics is also performed on the basis of individual’s unique speech pattern, pitch, tone, cadence, distinctive frequency pattern and features in their voice.
