How to USE?

Cheque Book Request

1. Visit any Bank Alfalah ATM / CCDM
2. Select Value Added Service option
3. Select Cheque Book request
4. Enter CNIC, followed by OTP and Biometric verification
5. Select desired Account
6. Select Number of leaves and select proceed
7. Customer will Receive SMS on registered mobile number, Receipt on successful cheque book request with the thanking screen on ATM/CCDM.

Bankers Cheque Request

1. Visit any Bank Alfalah ATM / CCDM
2. Select Value Added Service option
3. Select Banker Cheque request
4. Enter CNIC, followed by Biometric verification
5. Select desired Account
6. Once account is selected, customer will be asked to input the following fields via key board appearing on ATM screen. Beneficiary Name Beneficiary CNIC/Passport/NTN Beneficiary Mobile Number Beneficiary Address Amount for Banker’s Cheque.
7. Upon providing the complete info Customer will ask to select the purpose of banker’s cheque and upon confirmation, customer will be asked to proceed with the request.
8. Customer will Receive the SMS on registered mobile number, Receipt on successful banker’s cheque request with the thanking screen showing that banker’s cheque will be collected from parent branch.

Loan Inquiry

1. Visit any Bank Alfalah ATM / CCDM
2. Select Value Added Service option
3. Select Loan Inquiry
4. Enter CNIC, followed by Biometric verification
5. Upon successful Biometric verification, list of loans against the CNIC appeared on ATM screen. 6. After successful inquiry customer press “OK” to end the session.

Loan Payment

1. Visit any Bank Alfalah ATM / CCDM
2. Select Value Added Service option
3. Select Loan Payment
4. Enter CNIC, followed by Biometric verification
5. Select desired Account
6. Customer will be asked to input the amount
7. Upon confirmation, customer will be asked to proceed with the payment request.
8. Customer will receive the confirmation SMS on his registered mobile number. Customer will also receive receipt on successful loan payment with the thanking screen appeared on ATM showing that loan payment has been done successfully.

SMS Subscription

1. Visit any Bank Alfalah ATM / CCDM
2. Select Value Added Service option
3. Select SMS Subscription
4. Enter CNIC, followed by Biometric verification
5. Select desired Account
6. Once account is selected, system will perform title fetch and upon confirmation, customer will be asked to proceed with the SMS subscription.
7. Customer will receive the confirmation SMS on his registered mobile number, receive receipt on successful SMS subscription with the thanking screen appeared on ATM showing that SMS subscription has been done successfully.

E-Statement Registration

1. Visit any Bank Alfalah ATM / CCDM
2. Select Value Added Service option
3. Select E-statement Registration
4. Enter CNIC, followed by Biometric verification
5. Select desired Account
6. Once account is selected, system will perform title fetch and upon confirmation, customer will be asked to select the frequency of E-statement. After selecting the frequency, customer will proceed with the E-Statement registration.
7. Customer will receive the confirmation SMS on his registered mobile number, receive receipt on successful registration of E-Statement with the thanking screen appeared on ATM showing that E-Statement has been done successfully.

CNIC Expiry Update

1. Visit any Bank Alfalah ATM / CCDM
2. Select Value Added Service option
3. Select CNIC Expiry Update
4. Customer will be asked to input CNIC Number
5. Customer will be asked to perform Biometric
6. Upon successful Biometric verification, Customer will be asked input the CNIC expiry date in format YYYY/MM/DD
7. As customer press OK, after date insertion, system will check with the NADRA and update the same against the customer profile.
8. Customer will receive the confirmation SMS on his registered mobile number, receive receipt on successful CNIC expiry update with the thanking screen appeared on ATM showing that CNIC expiry updated successfully.

SLIC Payment

1. Visit any Bank Alfalah ATM / CCDM
2. Select Value Added Service option
3. Customer will select the option “Insurance Payments” and then select “SLIC” option from the screen.
4. Enter CNIC, followed by OTP and Biometric verification
5. Select desired Account
6. Once account is selected, Customer will be asked to enter policy number. Once policy number is entered, details containing Policy Number, Name, Bill Status, Due Date, Last Paid and Amount due will be displayed to customers, and he/she will further be asked to proceed or cancel. Incase Customer Due Date has passed customer transaction will be declined.
7. Once Customer presses confirm, machine will display transaction completion message and He / She will get a receipt and SMS of transaction.

Biometric Transactions through ATMs/CCDMs

1. Customer visits the Bank Alfalah ATMs/CCDMs and press any key on Machine to initiate cardless transactions.
2. Customer will select the option “ATM Services”. Upon selecting “ATM services” option, customer will be asked to input CNIC Number.
3.
After inputting the CNIC number, customer will be asked to input the OTP (One-time password) which has been received on his / her registered mobile number.
4. Upon successful verification of the OTP, customer will be asked for biometric verification
5. After successful Biometric verification, Customer can enjoy the convenience of all ATMs/CCDMs services.

Debit Card De-Activation

1. Visit any Bank Alfalah ATM / CCDM
2. Select Value Added Service option
3. Select Debit Card De-activation
4. Enter CNIC, followed Biometric verification
5. Select desired Account
6. Once account is selected, list of debit cards appeared on the ATM screen and customer will ask to select the card for De-activation
7. As card selected, Customer will receive the confirmation SMS on his registered mobile number, receive receipt on successful card deactivation with the thanking screen appeared on ATM showing that card deactivated successfully.

Dormancy Removal

1.Visit any Bank Alfalah ATM / CCDM
2. Select Value Added Service option
3. Select Dormancy Removal Option
4. Enter CNIC, followed Biometric verification and after that enter OTP
5. Select desired Account
6. Once account is selected, system will automatically activate the account.
7. Upon successful activation, a confirmation SMS regarding account activation will be delivered on customer’s registered mobile number along with the ATM slip of account activation.
